A stand that looks good in a render is not necessarily a stand that can be built
Too many suppliers.
Design, carpentry, print, lighting, transport, installation. Each has its own deadline, and coordination falls on the exhibitor's marketing team in the week before the fair.
A single-use stand.
Many custom stands are thrown away after one fair, and the budget is spent again at every edition.
How we work

Brief and plot.
We start from the allocated space (dimensions, open sides, permitted height, the organiser's rules) and from what has to happen on the stand: meetings, tastings, display, storage.

Concept and 3D design.
We turn the brand identity into architecture, with renders from the angles visitors approach from, including zoning and flow.

Technical drawings.
Execution drawings: elevations, sections, post positions, dimensions, materials. The stand is designed as modules, so it fits in transport and goes up quickly.

Production.
We coordinate production: structure, light boxes, print, furniture, LED lighting, planting.

Transport and installation.
We deliver and install the stand at the fair, hand it over ready for opening and dismantle it at the end. When it is designed for reuse, we rebuild it at the next edition or fair.

Ferma cu Omenie at SIAL Paris 2024
A Romanian dairy brand at the world's largest food trade fair. The stand had to convey the hospitality in the brand's name and work as a commercial space: meetings, tastings, product display.
Three house-shaped bodies in solid timber: a pergola with a high table for meetings, a light-box house carrying the logo and a welcome message in six languages, and an open house with a tasting bar framed by planting. All on a turfed platform, with LED light boxes.

A stand designed for reuse
The stand was built and installed at Paris Nord Villepinte for the 19–23 October 2024 edition. Because it was designed as modules, the same stand is being rebuilt at Anuga Cologne, 9–13 October 2027.

Do you work at fairs abroad?
Yes. We delivered and installed the Ferma cu Omenie stand at SIAL Paris 2024, and its next installation is at Anuga Cologne 2027.
Can the stand be reused at another fair?
Yes, if it is designed for that from the start. The Ferma cu Omenie stand was built as modules: it is dismantled, shipped and rebuilt, so the construction budget is not spent again at every edition.

The plot plan from the organiser, the fair rules, the dates, your brand files and what you want to happen on the stand: meetings, tastings, product display.
How much does a custom stand cost?
It depends on the area, materials, lighting and the distance to the fair. We quote once we have the plot plan and the fair dates.
