2. Website purpose and acceptance
The website presents KADD, branding, web design, marketing, SEO, GEO and content/PR services, projects and informational resources. By using it you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the website.
3. Proposals and service contracts
Website information, examples, automated audits and invitations to talk are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. A project starts only after the scope, deliverables, schedule, price and other terms are confirmed in writing in a separate proposal or contract. If there is a conflict, the signed contractual document prevails.
KADD does not guarantee a particular search ranking, inclusion in AI platform answers, an exact level of traffic, sales or outcomes dependent on algorithms, markets and third parties. We do undertake to perform agreed services with professional care.
4. Audits and informational content
Scores and recommendations generated by audit tools are estimates based on automated checks and public information. They do not replace a complete audit or legal, financial or technical advice and should be validated before important decisions.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, visual identity, logo, graphics, photographs, case studies, code and website structure belong to KADD or are licensed. You may view them and share links for legitimate purposes. Copying, republication, modification, systematic extraction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions.
Client marks, logos and materials shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and are displayed to describe the projects.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the infrastructure, collect data automatically in an abusive way, bypass security, use the website unlawfully or infringe KADD’s or another person’s rights.
