1. Scope and contracting party
These rules apply to services contracted from KONCEPT ADVERTISING SRL, Romanian VAT ID RO24193170, Trade Register J12/1358/2019, EUID ROONRC.J12/1358/2019, operating under the KADD brand. The signed proposal or contract prevails where it contains specific terms.
2. Retainer invoicing
Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and are due within five calendar days. Work for the new period is scheduled after payment is confirmed. Unless the proposal states otherwise, displayed prices exclude VAT where applicable.
3. In-depth audit
The in-depth audit costs EUR 300 and is paid before analysis begins. It is deducted in full from the first retainer invoice when a monthly partnership starts within 30 days of audit delivery.
4. Additional costs
Advertising spend, hosting, domains, licences, printing, external production, travel and other third-party costs are not included unless written explicitly. They are approved before commitment and are normally paid directly by the client.
5. Ending or pausing a retainer
Either party may end the recurring partnership with 30 calendar days written notice, subject to the signed agreement. Work continues through the paid period. Urgent pauses, handover and access revocation are documented to protect both parties.
6. Refunds
Fees for an audit already started, a month already started or work already delivered are not refundable. If KADD cannot deliver a prepaid future service for reasons attributable to KADD, the undelivered portion is refunded or credited, as agreed. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not restricted.
7. Late payment and disputes
KADD may pause work and publication when an invoice is overdue, after notice. Questions should first be sent to office@kadd.ro. Consumers may also use the Romanian Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism (SAL) provided by ANPC.
