Theodora Golf Club is a golf resort in Teleac, near Alba Iulia. Its brand experience does not stop at the logo: it begins before a tournament, continues across the course and remains in members’ memory through the objects they receive and use.
Throughout the collaboration, KADD translated the club identity into materials with very different roles: wayfinding, tournament visibility, printed communication, personalised objects and special packaging.
The challenge was consistency. Every piece needed to preserve the elegance of the navy-and-gold palette, remain legible in the real environment and be production-ready from artwork to print or installation.

On the course, in an event space or in a member’s hand, the identity needs to remain recognisable and well executed.
Wayfinding and information panels sized for visibility and integration into the landscape.
Brand applications adapted to fabric, movement and long-distance visibility.
Flexible systems for events, partners and key tournament moments.
Invitations, folders, scorecards, programmes and other production-ready formats.
Accessories and protocol items extending the club experience beyond the course.
Technical artwork, dielines, bleeds and production-checked files.

The chocolate golf-ball box starts from an object familiar to players and turns it into a branded gift. The structure uses the club’s navy, warm gold accents and a central composition inspired by a golf ball and tee.
KADD created both the design and technical artwork, including cutting, folding and safety areas required for production.
A coherent system allows fast adaptation for the course, wayfinding points, tee areas, tournaments and partners.

A folder, invitation, scorecard, badge or personalised object work together when they share the same hierarchy, palette and finish quality.
The visual brings together material types developed or adaptable within the system. It is an editorial presentation mockup, not a documentary photograph of every delivered item.

The collaboration created a family of applications serving the club’s important moments: course navigation, tournaments, partner relations, printed communication and hospitality gestures.
The value is not in a single piece, but in the consistency between them. Design, production and the use context are treated as parts of one brand experience.
